Scholarship Withdrawal

  • Failure to maintain required batch rank or GPA.
  • Failure to clear all exams in the first attempt.
  • Acts of indiscipline, ragging, or drug use.
  • Use of unfair means during examinations.

Continuation Policy

  • Academic criteria must be met at the end of each year.
  • Scholarship amount may be reduced if rank/performance drops.
  • Students can regain original scholarship tiers by improving performance later.
  • No mid-program tier upgrades if performance exceeds initial award.

First-Come, First-Served: Scholarships are limited and subject to approval by the University Scholarship Committee. All decisions are at the discretion of the Vice-Chancellor.
