The BIHER central library houses more than 1,81,936 documents including textbooks, journals, research publications, and magazines. Dedicated digital learning sections such as NPTEL, ASCE, and EBSCO databases allow students to access web courses, recorded lectures, and international academic resources. Students can attend video learning programs directly from library systems.

Innovation & Incubation Center

The BIHER Incubation Center (BIC) supports entrepreneurial students by helping transform startup ideas into real business ventures. Industry partners such as INITCOMM Software Solutions and Big Data Labs Pvt. Ltd. provide mentoring, technical guidance, and business development assistance.

Sports & Student Development

BIHER promotes active participation in sports through scholarships and professional coaching. Special coaching is provided for cricket, volleyball, and basketball along with free yoga training sessions. Student Activities & NCC

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) at BIHER focuses on leadership development, discipline, and national service. Established in 1996, NCC training includes regular parades, camps, trekking, firing practice, and national integration programs. Students actively participate in Republic Day Camps, Independence Day celebrations, and inter-group competitions, helping develop teamwork, confidence, and personality growth.
