Galgotias University offers a range of merit and need-based scholarships to eligible students. Comprehensive details about these scholarships are provided below:
- Merit Scholarship at the Time of Admission:
Galgotias University extends scholarships to deserving students during admission, taking into account academic performance in exams specified by the University (Class 12 or Graduation), All India/State Level Entrance/Aptitude Test ranks/scores, and outstanding achievements in sports, performing arts, or literary pursuits. The scholarship is renewable for the subsequent year if the student maintains a CGPA of 8.0 or higher without any carry-over papers from the previous year.
The distribution of scholarships is outlined as follows:
- Toppers of all Boards/Universities: 100% tuition fee waiver.
- Scholarship for JEE Examination rank holders up to 4000th position: 50% tuition fee waiver.
- Scholarship for students with 93% aggregate/PCM or above in Class 12 or 80% marks or above in graduation: 25% tuition fee waiver.
- Scholarship for CAT scorers with a minimum 60%ile or MAT scorers above 600 marks: 20% tuition fee waiver.
- Scholarship for meritorious LSAT-qualified students: 20% tuition fee waiver.
- CUET (Common University Entrance Test) admitted students: 5% scholarship on tuition fee.
- Sports Quota Scholarships:
- Through the Galgotias University Sports quota, candidates can gain admission in two ways: Direct Admission without Sports Trials and Admission with Sports Trials.
