GN Group Admission Highlights 2026–27

GN Group opens its admission window every year around March for all major programmes under AKTU, GGSIPU, CCSU and BTE, and invites applications from students across India. For 2026–27, the institute continues to accept applications for B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BA LLB, B.Com LLB, LLB, MBA, PGDM and Diploma in Engineering through online mode only.

Key aspects of the GN Group admission system-

  • Mode of admission- Online (application, document upload, fee payment) via the official admission website.

  • Selection basis- Combination of entrance exam scores (JEE Main, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, CUET, JEECUP, etc.) and merit in the qualifying examination, plus GD/PI for selected courses.

  • Approvals and affiliations- AICTE, PCI, BCI approved programmes, affiliated to AKTU, GGSIPU, CCSU and BTE (U.P.).

  • Official admission portal (2026–27)- https://admissions.gngroup.org – used for all course applications, tracking and communication.

Admission Process Step-by-Step (All Courses)

The GN Group admission procedure is designed to be simple and entirely online, so students from any location can apply without visiting the campus. Below is the step-by-step admission workflow for the 2026–27 session.

Step 1 - Check Eligibility & Course Options

  • Visit the official GN Group website: https://www.gngroup.org to explore institutes (GNIT, GNIM, GNCP, GNCL, GNCT, etc.) and their programmes.

  • Review course-wise eligibility for your chosen programme (B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA LLB, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, LLB, MBA, PGDM, Diploma) using trusted education sites and the institute’s own admission page.

Step 2 - Register on the Admission Portal

  • Open the official admission page: https://admissions.gngroup.org.

  • Click on “Apply Now” and create a new account by entering name, mobile number, email ID, state and desired course.

  • Verify your mobile/email (OTP-based verification, if enabled) and set a password to access the applicant dashboard.

Step 3 - Fill Online Application Form

  • Log in to the admission portal and select your course (e.g., B.Tech CSE, BBA, BCA, BA LLB, B.Pharm, MBA, PGDM, etc.).

  • Provide personal details (name, DOB, gender, category, address), academic details (Class 10, 12, Graduation marks) and exam details (JEE Main, CUET, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, JEECUP, etc., if applicable).

  • Upload scanned copies of required documents in specified formats (photo, signature, marksheets, ID proof, entrance exam scorecards).

Step 4 - Pay Application Fee

  • Pay the application fee online through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.

  • Typical application fee (as per latest available data): ₹1,000 for most courses and ₹2,000 for PGDM.

  • After successful payment, the filled application form is submitted automatically to the admission cell.

Step 5 - Entrance Exams & Merit List

  • For entrance-based programmes (B.Tech, MBA, PGDM, some law and pharmacy seats), students must appear in the relevant national/state-level exams like JEE Main, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, CUET, JEECUP, etc.

  • For merit-based programmes (BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA LLB, LLB, D.Pharm, some B.Tech/Diploma seats), selection is based on percentage in the qualifying exam and category-wise cut-offs.

Step 6 - Counselling, GD/PI & Seat Allotment

  • B.Tech and some technical courses may involve centralised counselling (UPTAC/UPSEE/GGSIPU) where students must choose GN Group institutes during choice filling.

  • MBA and PGDM selections generally include shortlisting based on entrance score followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) conducted by GN Group.

  • Law, commerce and management programmes under CCSU often use merit and personal interaction/telephonic counselling for final selection.

Step 7 - Fee Payment, Document Verification & Final Admission

  • Once selected, candidates receive a provisional admission offer via email, SMS and the portal.

  • Students must pay the admission/first-semester fee within the stipulated deadline to confirm their seat.

  • Original documents (marksheets, transfer certificate, character certificate, migration, ID proof, photographs, etc.) are verified at the campus or via offline/online verification as per institute guidelines.

  • After verification, the final admission letter is issued, and the student becomes officially enrolled at GN Group of Institutes.
