Scholarship 1:
Merit Scholarship for Postgraduate (PG) Medical, Dental, and Superspecialty Programmes.
MAHE Manipal provides merit scholarships for the following Post Graduate (PG) and Super Speciality (SS) programmes.
Fee waiver
- Fee waiver available for all MD programmes except MD in Pharmacology: 35% off course fees.
- For MD in Pharmacology: 50% of the course price.
- For DM Critical Care Medicine, DM Infectious Diseases, and DM Medical Oncology: 50% of course price.
- For DM Neurology: 35% of the course fee.
- DM Medical Genetics: 10% of the course price.
- For DM Gastroenterology and DM Nephrology: 25% of course price.
- MCh Cardiothoracic Surgery, MCh Hand Surgery, MCh Neuro Surgery, MCh Paediatric Orthopaedics, and MCh Paediatric Surgery: 50% of the course price.
- Course price for MCh Reproductive Medicine and Surgery and MCh Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is 35%.
Scholarship 2:
Kalam-Pai Freeship and Scholars Scholarship for MBBS.
The scholarship seats combined are limited to 5% of the general category intake, which is 11 for MBBS.

- Kalam-Pai Scholarship - Rank 1–500
- Free Ship Scholarship - Ranks 1–5,000
- Scholar Scholarship - Rank 5,001 to 10,000
The Kalam-Pai Scholarship includes a complete waiver of course and hostel fees.
The Freeship Scholarship provides a 100% waiver of the course fee.
Scholar scholarships provide a 50% tuition waiver.
