Admissions to Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET), Greater Noida for the 2026 academic session are conducted through national-level entrance examinations followed by centralized counselling processes. The institute accepts scores from exams such as JEE Main, CUET UG, CAT, MAT, CMAT, GATE, GPAT and other recognized tests depending on the program.

For B.Tech programs, admission is based on JEE Main scores followed by UPTAC counselling conducted by AKTU, Lucknow. The counselling process generally takes place between June and August every year. NIET also reserves 15% seats under the Management Quota for direct admission based on eligibility and merit.
