REVA University is a private university located in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka. It was established in 2012 as the successor to the REVA Group of Institutions. The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). REVA University has also received an A+ accreditation from NAAC for its academic standards and institutional performance.

The university offers more than 100 undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programmes across multiple disciplines including engineering, architecture, science, commerce, management, law, and arts. Some of the most popular courses at REVA University include B.Tech and MBA programmes. For admissions, the university conducts its own entrance exams known as REVA EET and REVA CET, while also accepting national-level exams such as JEE Main, KCET, and COMEDK for certain programmes.

Admission to the B.Tech programme is offered through merit or entrance examinations including JEE Main, REVA EET, KCET, and COMEDK. For the year 2025, the COMEDK overall cutoff for the general category ranged between 12812 and 60896 depending on the specialization.

According to the REVA University Placement Report 2025, the highest salary package offered reached INR 40 LPA. A total of 621 companies visited the campus during the placement season, with most students being recruited in the IT and Software sector. Some of the top recruiters included Dell, DHL, Philips, IBM, Berger, Amazon, Infosys, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Sunrise Systems, and Radcom Technologies.
