Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) offers a wide range of scholarships and endowment awards to support meritorious and financially weak students. VIT Vellore Scholarships are provided in the form of tuition fee waivers and cash rewards to help students pursue their education without financial burden.
Students can avail scholarships based on their academic performance, VITEEE rank, attendance, sports achievements, and financial background. The university also provides special scholarships under the GV School Development Programme (GVSDP) and STARS Scheme.

- Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 10+2
- Only one student per family is eligible
- Annual family income must be below INR 1.5 Lakhs
