• All applicants are required to appear for GMAT /CAT /XAT /MAT.
• Fresher’s and candidates with less than 5 years of work experience are eligible to apply.
• Applicants may submit multiple examination scores; Institute will consider the best score provided by an applicant while shortlisting applications
• Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
• Graduation type: 3 years / 4 years or 5 years integrated program

• Candidates should submit an online application by paying the application fee 
• Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on past academic performance, admission test scores (CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT), and relevant work experience.
• Candidates will be intimated regarding their shortlisting through email / SMS to their registered phone number with every detail.
• Candidates will have to attend a Design Thinking Workshop which will be a half-day program where they will solve real-life problems. 
• This will give an idea of the innovative and creative approach of the students towards problem-solving, teaching and learning skills.
• Personal Interview will be conducted by a panel of Industry experts and SOIL faculty
• Candidates will be finally selected based on past academic scores, extra co-curricular achievements, relevant work experience, test scores, performance in the workshop and Personal Interview.
• Selected Candidates will be intimated regarding their selection over email with information regarding their admission and payment of admission fees.

• Fill the Online Application form.
• Create an account by filling in the details. You will receive a unique account ID and password. Using it, re-login into your account and complete the registration process. 
• Enter all the details; academic, personal, work experience related.
• Enter the CAT/XAT/GMAT registration details and upload the score card (if applicable).
• Upload scanned photographs. 
• Pay the application fee online. The application fee for the PGDM program is INR 2000.
• Submit the application form.
• Print the application form and acknowledgment slip for future correspondence.

To be eligible for admissions into the PGPM program, a student must fulfill the following criteria.

• A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with at least 50% in graduation.
• Greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations
• Minimum 2 years of Prior Work Experience is required.
• Valid CAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT scores are accepted for PGPM-BL (Non-Mandatory but adds weightage to your profile)

To be eligible for admissions into the PGPM HR program, a student must fulfill the following criteria.

• A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with at least 50% in graduation.
• Greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations
• Work Experience is preferred.
• Desire to become a HR leader in the future.
• Valid CAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT scores are accepted for PGPM-HR (Non-Mandatory but adds weightage to your profile)

SOIL Gurgaon PGPM Admission Process

• Candidates should submit an online application by paying the application fee 
• After completing the application form and sending an updated resume, the PGPM admissions office shall revert with a detailed profile evaluation summary within 72 hours. 
• Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on overall profile, past academic performance and relevant work experience.
• Candidates will be intimated regarding their shortlisting through email / SMS to their registered email address and phone number with every detail.
• Candidates will then take the SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT). This test shall consider the following four characteristic traits of the candidates.
• Leadership potential 
• Reasoning and Ideation potential
• Relationship building potential
• Self-Leadership potential
• The next round will be a Personal Interview with a faculty member and a senior member from the industry.
• Candidates will be interviewed about their background, how the MBA program fits with their plans and aspirations. 
• In 4 weeks, the results shall be conveyed to the candidates of their selection. If selected, candidates will have to pay INR 2 lakhs to secure their seat, within 10 days of the announcement of results.

Important Points:

• The admission team will assist the students with any queries related to specific programs and provide the details regarding the application process.
• The admission committee will schedule the test and interview as per the candidate’s preferred dates.
• Candidates will also be required to write essays to help determine your fit with SOIL.
• For online interviews, details of the medium will be shared with the candidates on their registered email ids.
• The interview will be of 45 minutes duration with questions regarding the candidate’s background and aspirations.
