Bachelor Of Medicine, Bachelor Of Surgery [MBBS]

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

No candidate shall be allowed to be admitted to the medical curriculum proper of the first bachelor of medicine & bachelor of surgery (MBBS) course until:

1. The candidate must have appeared for the NEET exam and should have secured at least qualified status as a result of the prevailing year of application for admission.

2. He or she shall complete the age of 17 years on or before December 31 of the year of admission to the MBBS course, and not more than 25 years.

3. He or she has passed the qualifying examination as under.

1. The intermediate examination in science of an Indian university, board, or other recognized examiner with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology shall include a practical test in these subjects and also English as a compulsory subject.

2. The candidate must have 50% in physics, chemistry, and biology taken together in the qualifying examination and pass in English for the general candidate at the CBSE/ICSE/UP Board or any other equivalent examination.
