GNIOT Admission Process 2024: Unveiling the Steps
GNIOT facilitates admission to its UG and PG courses through a meticulous process that combines both merit and entrance evaluations. Prospective candidates are required to meet the minimum eligibility criteria to be considered for admission to various courses. The GNIOT admission process unfolds in multiple steps, offering a comprehensive overview of the procedure for course admission in 2023:
Step 1: GNIOT Application Form
Candidates aspiring for admission to the PGDM course at GNIOT must complete an online application form, available in both online and offline modes. Additionally, applicants are expected to submit an application fee of INR 1,200, payable through credit card, debit card, or net banking.
Step 2: Selection Rounds
Admissions to courses like BBA, BCA, and MCA, among others, are based on academic records from the preceding qualifying exam. The process involves UPTAC counseling. For admission to the BTech course, candidates must either qualify for the JEE Main/CUET UG or undertake the GNIOT Online Test.
Similarly, admission to the PGDM course at GNIOT is entirely entrance-based. Eligible candidates are evaluated based on scores from CMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, and the GIMS Aptitude Test (GAT). The final selection is determined through the candidates' performance in Group Discussions and Personal Interview rounds.
Step 3: Final Admission
Upon completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted candidates undergo document verification. To secure a seat in the institute, aspirants are required to pay the course fee. This final step solidifies their admission into GNIOT.
