Admission Process at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU):

Admission is primarily based on the Common Entrance Test (IPU CET) conducted by the university or scores obtained in national-level entrance examinations.

GGSIPU offers Ph.D. programs in various specializations at the Doctorate level. The minimum eligibility is a master's degree with 55% marks in aggregate in the relevant discipline.

Candidates are shortlisted based on their score in UGC NET / CSIR NET, followed by an interview and counseling.

4. IPU Application Form 2024:

The application process for admission to all courses at GGSIPU is entirely online. Here are the steps:

1. Visit the official website of IPU - ipu.ac.in

2. Navigate to the Admission Section on the homepage and click on “Apply Online.”

3. Choose "IPU Registration 2024" to proceed further.

4. Click on “Fresh Candidate Registration” to sign up at the IPU admission portal.

5. Read the terms and conditions carefully and click on “I Agree” to proceed further.

6. Fill in the necessary details like Name, Mobile No, Email ID, and create your user id and password.

7. Click on the Submit button and you’ll be redirected to the login page.

8. Now, log in using your user id and password.

9. Fill the application form by providing General and Professional Information along with Payment details.

10. Upload the scanned copies of the required documents.

11. Verify the details you have provided in the form and check the Declaration box.

12. Submit the application form and pay an application fee of INR 1500/- by Credit/ Debit Card or through Net-Banking.

13. After fee submission, course details along with the transaction ID will be displayed.

14. Download and take a printout of the application form for further reference.
