IIIT Sonepat - Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sonipat - Campus
The institute lacks its own hostel infrastructure. Consequently, the recommended private services of the hostel operator, ZRM Operations Private Limited / CoHo, have been endorsed by the institute. Fourth-year hostel students are mandated to report at I-Tec, Techno Park, Rai, Sonepat. Interested students in their second and third years will utilize the hostel facilities based on the following terms and conditions.
Hostel Fees:
A monthly charge of INR 12,000/- (inclusive of taxes) per student is applicable. Payment is required in advance through two installments, totaling INR 72,000 x 2 semesters = INR 1,44,000 per academic year. This fee includes the following facilities.
Caution Money:
An upfront security deposit of INR 5,000/- is mandatory to cover potential damages or misuse of the hostel facilities. This amount is refundable upon move-out.

Fee: ₹12,000
