Rajalakshmi School of Business Becomes First Private B-School in India to Offer Full-Time Fintech Course (June 14, 2022)
The Rajalakshmi School of Business (RSB), part of the Rajalakshmi Institutions in Chennai, is now offering a full-fledged course in Fintech, a rapidly growing field in finance. This makes RSB the first private business school in India to provide a comprehensive two-year program in Fintech, unlike IIM Kozhikode and IIM Kashipur which only offer a six-month certification program.
The program equips students with the skills and knowledge to navigate the intersection of finance and technology, including areas like artificial intelligence (AI) in finance, digital payments, trading, and blockchain technology. With the increasing role of technology in financial services, this course is designed to prepare students for a competitive edge in the job market.
Classes for the inaugural batch will begin in July 2022. The program accepts 60 students per year and has a fee of INR 7.82 lakh for the two years. Admission is based on performance in aptitude tests like CAT, XAT, and GMAT.
RSB Opens Admissions for 2022 PGDM Batch; Applications Close February 28 (October 14, 2021)
The Rajalakshmi School of Business (RSB) has begun accepting applications for its 2022 Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program. RSB offers a two-year, full-time PGDM program with a history of 100% placement for its graduates.
The application process requires a Rs 1500 application fee. Students can apply online by paying the fee and filling out the application form. Offline applications are also accepted at the RSB head office and campus. The application deadline is February 28, 2022.
