SRMIST Delhi NCR Campus Scholarships

SRMIST provides a range of scholarships, fee waivers, and support schemes aimed at recognizing and assisting meritorious and deserving students. These initiatives have significantly benefited numerous students, with a total of INR 27 crores distributed as scholarships during the 2015-2016 academic year. The institute offers various scholarships to promote academic excellence, support sports, and assist deserving candidates. The details are as follows:

SRM Founder’s Scholarship

• Eligibility: Top 100 in SRMJEEE merit list, CBSE and State Board District Toppers (each district in India), Exemplary sports persons at the National/International Level
• Percent of Scholarship: 100% Tuition

SRM Merit Scholarship

• Eligibility: Based on SRMJEEE rank
  • Rank 101 to 500: 100% Tuition
  • Rank 501 to 1000: 75% Tuition
  • Rank 1001 to 2000: 50% Tuition
  • Rank 2001 to 3000: 25% Tuition

Other Scholarships

• Socio-Economic Scholarship

  • Eligibility: Determined by the scholarship committee
  • Percent of Scholarship: 25% to 100% Tuition

• SRM Arts and Culture Scholarship: For outstanding skills in literary and fine arts, assessed by the scholarship committee

Selection Procedure

• Applications for fresh and renewal scholarships are accepted annually in August/September.
• Processing and selection are conducted by a committee comprising SRM University officials and invited academics.
• Renewal of scholarships is contingent upon meeting prescribed performance standards.

Renewal and Application Process

• All scholarships are renewed annually, subject to academic performance norms.
• Renewal applications must be submitted within specified deadlines through the official website.
• Failure to apply for renewal on time will result in disqualification for subsequent years.
• The decisions of the scholarship committee are final and binding.
