Scholarship No. 1:
Academic Scholarship
The administration of Terna Engineering College understands how important it is to support students who excel academically. The institution's governing council has started awarding rankers, college toppers, and class toppers with the Late Smt. Dr. Chandra Kala Devi Padmasinha Patil (Smt. Dr. C. P. Patil) scholarship. Scholarships ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 30,000 are given by TEC to winners in several categories.
Government Scholarships
For students who are less fortunate socially, the governments of Maharashtra and India have started offering post-metric free cruises and scholarships. It provides full or partial funding for tuition through free shipping/scholarship programs. Additionally, the government has started an EBC facility scholarship program for economically disadvantaged groups as a means of support. Through DTE, Maharashtra, students from minority communities are also paid for a portion of their tuition costs. The government provides benefits of INR 7 crore annually to 40% of Terna's student body.

Tuition fee waiver scheme
The Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) established the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) in 2007 to give economically disadvantaged students, women, and students with physical disabilities access to heavily subsidized technical education. For the TFWS students, there is a supernumerary quota of 5% of the authorized strength. In actuality, it is financial aid for deserving applicants choosing to pursue admittance in engineering and having obtained high test scores. The candidate's tuition is not required under this plan. The beneficiary is responsible for paying the remaining fees.
AICTE Prerana Scheme for SC/ST Students
The institute will implement the Prerana Scheme for SC/ST Students for two years beginning in the 2019–20 academic year, thanks to a grant from AICTE. The program's objective is to give financial assistance to educational institutions that are prepared to go above and beyond to recruit and prepare SC/ST students for competitive exams. Helping aspirant SC/ST students who are pursuing higher education through entrance tests like GATE/GPAT/CAT/CMAT/TOEFL/IELTS and GRE is the scheme's main goal.
