Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University (SOA) is a deemed-to-be university located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It has been accredited by NAAC with ‘ ’ grade (3rd Cycle) and ranked internationally by QS and THE World University Rankings 2023. It offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in engineering, medicine, dental, law, management, pharmacy, and other disciplines.

The university has a sprawling campus of 200 acres (0.81 km^2) in the temple city of Bhubaneswar. The campus is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities such as laboratories, libraries, hostels, sports complex, auditoriums, cafeterias, and a health care center. The university has a strong focus on research and innovation. It has been granted Category-I Graded Autonomy Status by UGC, Govt. of India. It has also been ranked 49th in the research category by MHRD NIRF India Rankings 2023. The university has established several centers of excellence such as Centre for Environment and Climate (CEC), Centre for Robotics and Intelligent Systems (CRIS), Centre for Sustainable Development (CSD), and Centre for Languages (CL).

The university has a dedicated placement cell that provides training and guidance to the students for their career development.
