Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University (SOA) is a leading institution of higher education in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It has been awarded A++, the highest grade, by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in its third cycle. It has also been ranked internationally by QS and THE World University Rankings 2023 and nationally by MHRD NIRF India Rankings 2023 in various categories such as university, engineering, medical, dental, law, research, and management.
SOA has several constituent institutes offering a wide range of programs in engineering, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biotechnology, agriculture, law, management, and humanities. It has also been granted Category-I Graded Autonomy Status by UGC, Govt. of India. SOA has a vibrant student community with around 15,000 students from all over the country.
SOA is also known for its research and innovation activities. It has recently launched a Centre for Languages to promote linguistic diversity and cultural exchange. It has also developed cutting-edge technology that has been transferred to industry for production. It has signed MOUs with various national and international institutions for collaborative research.

Recently, it hosted the second SOA Literary Festival with eminent writers and poets as speakers. It also conducted a mega blood donation drive with the participation of SOA NCC Cadets and ITER Students. It also celebrated Christmas with a cake-mixing ceremony.
SOA also provides quality health care services to the society through its NABH accredited SUM Hospital and NABL accredited Diagnostics Laboratory. It has organized several workshops and programs on topics such as hematology, neonatal resuscitation, eczema, sepsis, and hand washing. It has also adopted innovative methods to treat injured animals.
